Horizon, or, Do Fish Drink Water is a 61-minute semi-documentary, semi-performance video by artist Mike HJ Chang. The video, made on Chang’s visit to Naru, explores the concept of travelling between home and a foreign land, and navigates the notion of identity through international politics and personal histories. Nauru is the smallest island-nation in the world, and one of the 22 nations allied to Taiwan, the artist's country of origin.

Horizon, or, Do Fish Drink Water is a 61 min single channel video.
